How can I track my delivery?
When your order ships, we will email your shipment tracking information where you can track your delivery. We use a premium shipping service and, like our UK parcels, this is fully traceable at every stage of your journey.

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes it can. We ship to all regions of the world with varying delivery times. If you need an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange it. Everything is sent from our factory warehouse in Huizhou, China, please note that delivery times vary by your address and are for reference only. But we do our best to ensure fast and smooth delivery.

Shipping method
Generally, we ship your bulk wholesale goods by sea, small batches or samples are usually sent by DHL Express, UPS or Fedex expedited service. Orders to the US and Canada can be delivered in as fast as 3-5 business days, while other international locations take an average of 5-7 business days.

• How do you measure a heart shaped cake board?

The easiest way to measure the diameter of a cake pan is to use a ruler or tape measure. When measuring your cake board, always measure from inner lip to inner lip at the widest point of the cake drum.

• How do you make a heart shaped rectangle cake?

Leave the whole square cake. Cut the round cake in half to make two half circles. Position the square cake in a diamond shape, place the flat side of each semicircle against each top side of the square cake to form a heart shape, and place on a heart-shaped cake drum for nice decoration and easy transport.

• How do you make a heart cake board out of a cardboard box?

To create the curved sides of the cake board, roll the cardboard strips. Use hot glue to glue a cardboard strip to one of the hearts. After connecting all sides to the first heart, connect the second heart. Finish the cake board by adding another strip of cardboard to create the top of the cake board.
