How can I track my delivery?
When your order ships, we will email your shipment tracking information where you can track your delivery. We use a premium shipping service and, like our UK parcels, this is fully traceable at every stage of your journey.

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes it can. We ship to all regions of the world with varying delivery times. If you need an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange it. Everything is sent from our factory warehouse in Huizhou, China, please note that delivery times vary by your address and are for reference only. But we do our best to ensure fast and smooth delivery.

Shipping method
Generally, we ship your bulk wholesale goods by sea, small batches or samples are usually sent by DHL Express, UPS or Fedex expedited service. Orders to the US and Canada can be delivered in as fast as 3-5 business days, while other international locations take an average of 5-7 business days.

When an order with multiple items includes custom or pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped together once your custom or pre-order products are available for shipping. If you need to order a product as soon as possible, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

• 1.What size cake drum should I use?

Using your cake as a reference, you will need to leave about 2″ – 4″ of clearance on each side of your cake. So, your cake board should be 4 – 8 inches larger than your cake. For cake drums, use in between the layers (a double cake) they should be the same size as your cake.

• 2.What’s the difference between a cake board and a cake drum?

The main difference between the two is their thickness. A cake drum of about 12mm/½” is great for adding ribbon around for some extra decoration.

Cake drums are traditionally used for wedding cakes, but are becoming more popular among all cakes due to the option to add ribbon.

• 3.What is the depth of a cake drum?

About 12-13 mm / ½ in.Cake drums are usually a layer of foil-covered cards or card foam boards (like cake boards, you can make them in other colors, but silver is the most common), and they are about 12-13 mm /½ in thick.

• 4.What size cake box do you need for an 8 inch cake?

Choose the right cake box size just like you would choose a cake board to place your cake on. The size of the box should fit the bottom of the cake, which will prevent the cake from moving inside the cake box and safely transport your baked goods.
